The Heilmans have been pet-sitting for me for over 2 years. My animals have special challenges, and they have always given them excellent care. I had a dog with Diabetes, who has since passed away, who required insulin shots twice a day, and they took it in stride. My other dog suddenly went blind a couple years ago, and although she is amazingly well-adjusted now, when she first went blind we had to be “seeing-eye” people for her. The Heilmans were very compassionate with her. During one of my vacations, my cat had recently had an abscess that required us to flush the holes put in during surgery with a solution and give him an antibiotic. My cat is mellow, but he did not enjoy having the side of his head covered in solution and by the time you got to the antibiotic he would have done anything to escape. The Heilmans worked together to get him taken care of, and wrote me glowing letters about how he cooperated with them! They are professional, caring, and my animals love them!
